Welcome to juta8 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). juta8 is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in the Malaysian market, providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, crash games, and related gaming services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and juta8 with respect to your access to and use of the Platform, including all features, products, promotions, payment services, and customer support channels made available through juta8.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By completing the registration process and creating an Account on juta8, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy;
• You are at least 21 years of age as at the date of registration;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or unlawful purpose.

juta8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by juta8 may result in Account suspension or closure.

Registration and use of juta8 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. juta8 implements mandatory KYC procedures to verify Player age and reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be accessing juta8 from a jurisdiction in which your use of the Platform does not contravene applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Single Account Rule: Each Player may hold only one active Account at any given time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use: Your Account is registered for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or used by any other individual. Joint or shared Accounts are not permitted.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack such capacity by reason of mental incapacity or any other legal impediment may not register.

To access the full features of juta8, including the ability to make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals, you must register a valid Account. During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• A valid Malaysian mobile telephone number;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure password of your choosing, in accordance with the Platform's password complexity requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. juta8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify juta8 support immediately at [email protected].

juta8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any Account that is found to have been registered using false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

All financial transactions on juta8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

6.1 Deposits. juta8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX member banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / BTC, Ethereum / ETH, Tether USDT via TRC20 network, and Litecoin / LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. juta8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own network or transaction fees for which juta8 accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your Account, or to a verified bank account in the name of the Account holder. Withdrawals are processed to the same method as the original deposit where technically possible (source-of-funds return policy). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. juta8 aims to process verified Account withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform; however, actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment network or financial institution.

6.3 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. All Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is authorised. KYC documents required include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or driver's licence) and a recent proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months).

6.4 Source of Funds. juta8 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until such time as the required documentation is received and reviewed.

6.5 Cryptocurrency Transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the applicable blockchain network. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the same KYC requirements as fiat withdrawals. Network fees associated with on-chain transactions are borne by the Player.

juta8 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, crypto deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the point of acceptance;
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied;
• juta8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Player accepting it, and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice;
• Players may opt out of any bonus by contacting customer support prior to accepting the offer. Once a bonus has been credited and play has commenced, the Wagering Requirement is binding;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through structured betting patterns, collusion, or the use of multiple Accounts — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face Account closure;
• Birthday bonuses are subject to the Player's verified account tier at the time of the relevant birthday, as determined by juta8's VIP programme rules;
• Referral bonuses are credited only upon confirmation that the referred individual has successfully registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are prohibited.

8.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on juta8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. Sport-specific rules (including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC markets) are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. juta8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, a suspected system error, or where accepting the bet would expose the Platform to undue liability. Bets are only confirmed upon receipt of an on-screen acceptance confirmation.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in the display of incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous account credits, juta8 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. juta8 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's reliance on erroneous information.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets accepted prior to an odds update are settled at the confirmed odds displayed at the time of acceptance. juta8 is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing or amending in-play bets.

8.5 Game Outcomes. The outcomes of all casino games, slots, crash games, and other random-outcome products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer action. These outcomes are final and not subject to Player review or challenge except in the case of a documented technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juta8 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any structured betting strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other activity intended to disguise the source of funds;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juta8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the juta8 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic design elements, software code, game content, written materials, and the overall structure and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of juta8 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of juta8. Unauthorised use of any Platform intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juta8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

juta8's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juta8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; juta8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

12.1 Suspension by juta8. juta8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute, failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, or at the direction of a relevant regulatory authority.

12.2 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting juta8 customer support. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining (net of any pending Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through juta8 customer support or via the Responsible Gambling tools available on the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Please refer to the Responsible Gambling Policy for full details.

juta8 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and should never negatively impact a Player's financial wellbeing, relationships, or health.

juta8 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to notify them of elapsed session time;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net gaming activity.

juta8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by juta8 is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of customer support services. juta8 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Players acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or access.

juta8 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal, appropriate, or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law is done at the Player's own risk and juta8 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

juta8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, juta8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised upon each update.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
